Rules and Regulations

The following rules were established to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and maintenance, with a "Good Neighbor Policy" in mind. Since every contingency cannot be covered in a set of rules, from time to time, modification is necessary.

Your compliance is very much appreciated and will ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.

RVs MUST 2012 model and newer or approved by management.
All rates are subject to change without notice.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Customers are responsible for their guests, and visitors.
Monthly Rates are fluctuations or Seasonal and are non-refundable after check in.
Late payments will be charge $25 per day after due date.
Sand Hollow RV exercises their right to refuse service or to process eviction,
ALWAYS clean up after your pets, and your sites. A $25 fee per pet occurrence fee.
MAXIMUM OF 2 DOGS allowed.
PETS MUST be on leash at all times,
ABSOLUTELY NO pitbulls, rottweiler, dobermans, pinschers, and chows.
Park Quiet hours:10 PM - 7 AM
"In" and "OUT" to the park is allowed for ATV, UTV, M/C, or other off-road vehicles. Joy riding in the park is NOT permitted
Never park in an empty site or on the street.
NOT ALLOWED AT ANY TIME: Generator operation, clothesline, entering sites other than the one assigned to you without permission.
Each site is limited to one vehicle. If there is room on your site, you may park an additional vehicle if it does not stick out beyond your site area. Management must approve a third vehicle.
Customers are responsible for their belongings
Alcohol consumption is allowed at your site ONLY!
No show reservations will be charged a full-night’s stay; rate is based upon site size.
Resort may require you to leave without refund for unruly behavior, objectionable behavior, drunkenness, disrespect to other customers or staff, or violation of rules of the resort.
Music should never be loud enough to be heard outside of assigned guest space.
ABSOLUTELY NO CAMPFIRES. GAS FIRES ARE ALLOWED

Clubhouse is open from 8:30am – 6pm Mon - Fri and 8am - 4pm Sat. & Sun. Customer must sign in to use club house and clean up after use by customer and or customer's visitors, and invitees.

Hours may vary on weekends.
CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellation request MUST call in form 8 am - 4 pm 72 hours prior to arrival day
Cancellation through email will not be honored
A courtesy email will send out for any declined credit card, if we do not hear back within 24 hours, Reservation will automatically be cancelled.

Weekly rates are based on 7 stay days. Early departures will result in the rate reverting back to daily base rate. Monthly rates are non-refundable after check-in.
